- Basic technical information every website receives when a page loads: the pages you visit, the device and browser type, and an approximate location from your network address.
- Nothing from cookies for advertising. We do not run ad tracking on this site.
Why we collect it
- To call or email you back about a quote, and to price your yard before the walk-round.
- To plan a route: your street tells us which day a crew is already nearby.
- To keep the site working and understand which pages people actually read.
What we never do
- We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside the crew that would come to your yard.
- We do not send marketing you did not ask for. A seasonal reminder goes only to customers on a plan, and every one has a stop link.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for 24 months so a returning enquiry can pick up where it left off. Customer records are kept for the life of the plan plus the period our accountant requires. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.
