The short version
A quote from LOWBROOK Landscape & Lawn is a written price for a described job on a described yard. If the yard matches the description, the price holds. If it does not, we tell you before we start, never after.
Quotes and the ballpark
- The ballpark on this website is an estimate range from the lawn size, frequency and extras you select. It is not a quote.
- A quote follows a walk-round of the yard and is valid for 30 days.
- Steep slopes, gated or restricted access, very tall hedges and yards not seen at the walk-round may be re-priced. We tell you first.
Plans
- Weekly, fortnightly and seasonal plans are billed per visit, monthly in arrears.
- You can pause a plan for any calendar month with seven days' notice, at no charge.
- You can cancel at any time. Visits already made are billed; nothing further is.
- If weather moves a visit, it moves by one day either side and you are told by text. A visit is never silently skipped.
Your side
- Keep gates and access clear on route day, and let us know about pets, sprinklers, wires or anything under the grass we cannot see.
- If we cannot access the yard on route day and were not told, the visit is billed at half rate.
Our side
- Every crew member is on our payroll and covered by our liability insurance. A copy of the certificate comes with the quote.
- If we damage something, we fix or replace it. Tell us within seven days and send a photo.
- If a visit is not up to standard, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and redo it, free.
Payment
Card, bank transfer or standing order. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late invoices carry a reminder, not a fee, the first time.
